Wild bees - they need our protection

Writer: Klaus HeinzelKlaus Heinzel

Wild bees, like honey bees, are among the endangered “celestial peoples”. This is particularly due to the fact that the habitat for the animals is becoming more and more restricted.

This Sunday, join us in diving into the world of wild bees, which play a significant role in pollination. There are over 2,000 species of these fascinating insects in Europe alone. Learn more about the life of these animals.

And find out in our workshop how easy it is to create nesting aids for wild bees and thus make an important contribution to preserving biodiversity. Regardless of whether you have a large garden or just a small balcony, we will show you many options.

Under expert guidance, each participant builds a nesting aid appropriate to their species and nature, which they take home with them. After a short time, new roommates will move in and you can enjoy watching them.

The approximately three-hour workshop will take place on June 23rd from 2:00 p.m. in the Paersch creative workshop in Somogyvar. All further information on the website
